Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am the owner of PetiteCakesAndSweets.
As a mom of three amazing children, birthdays were always important for me to celebrate with my kids. As a young girl growing up on the Beautiful Island of St. Lucia, I spent lots of time shadowing my aunt and grandma, as they were bakers themselves. They loved baking and they would have me in the kitchen baking lots of yummy west Indian desserts and cakes.
The Beginning
It really started when it was my son’s second birthday and I decided to make his cake and cupcakes for his birthday celebration. Everyone raved about it and that’s when my now Husband told me to do it more often. I started making my little cousin’s grad cupcakes and then my youngest daughter’s thirteen birthday cakes and that year I decided to make chocolate treats.
What really started PETITECAKESANDSWEETS was when I decided to quit my job back in 2014 that I decided to give it a go. With my husband behind me I started taking orders for cake pops, then cakes then I went into creating a name for my business. Just know that there is lots of love and freshness in everything that is baked in my home based Kitchen. Thank you for choosing me to make your occasion a sweet and delicious one.
