Q. How do I order a custom cake, treat/desserts.
All you have to do is fill out the form under Contact sharing some information about your cake, treats/ dessert needs. You may provide pictures for inspiration but your final design will be 100% unique to you. Please know that I am proud to offer complete unique creations so I will not copy a cake or someone else’s work exactly.
Q. Is there a timeframe in advance to place an order?
Most orders require 5-7 day notice. We do book up at least 1-2 weeks in advance, we want to advise clients that in order to ensure availability for an order, it should be placed as soon as possible. Some orders that are custom orders may require special materials. Most times they take time to make, especially if we have to purchase special items to make, we ask that the client book far in advance.
Q. Do you offer nut free cakes or desserts?
Custom desserts and cakes can be made for our clients nut friendly, but are not nut free because they’re made in a kitchen that has nut products and a possibility of cross contamination.
Q. Do you make fondant cakes?
At this time we only specialize in buttercream cakes only, made with our signature ABC, but a cake can be customized to have fondant accents to bring out the clients cake vision. We do not offer cream cheese icing, whipping cream covered cakes.
Q. Do you offer vegan friendly cakes or desserts?
We offer certain vegan options just ask about what’s available.
Q. Is a deposit required to book an order? And is there also a Rush fee for last minute orders?
Yes, all orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date for your order. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance needs to be paid in full prior to pickup if paying with cash, total balance must be paid in full at time of pickup. Wedding cakes orders must be paid in full 1 week prior to delivery. We do understand that emergencies can happen and plans can change. If you need to postpone your order we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Please contact us as soon as your plans change. Please let us know, to make sure that we have availability for your new date you need to reschedule your order. If you need to cancel your order, I do offer refunds within the 2-week mark, however, I will offer a credit for a future order.
Yes, there is a fee for rush and last minute orders. Orders placed 2-3 days before pickup/delivery date have a surcharge of 30%.
Orders placed 24 hours less within being needed are subject to a 45% surcharge.
Q. Can I pickup my order?
Yes ! We are located in The Central Florida area, You can pickup your order from us. The pickup address will be provided at final payment.
Q. Do you ship and deliver?
Yes. We ship small desserts/treats but we do not ship out cakes. And delivery is available at an extra rate of $35 for up to 20 miles, mileage exceeding 20 miles will be charged at $1.75 per mile.
Q. What form of payments do you take.

Q. Is there anything I need to know about transporting my cake, treats/ desserts.
- Please be sure when picking up order your vehicle is as cold as possible for transporting your order as we are in a very warm State.
- Hold cake box from the bottom, not the sides.
- Do not place cake on your seat, place cake on the floor of your vehicle.
- Avoid placing the cake in direct sun
- Drive carefully, the structure of the cake is solid and chilled. Once it leaves Petite Cakes and Sweets, we are no longer responsible
Q. Do you offer one- on- one classes & online classes.
Yes. I offer a number of one-on-one classes. If you are interested, fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page and we will reach out to you to discuss class packages. We are currently only offering a Cake pop online class at this time. For that class, you will need to have an instagram handle.
